Baker Branches Abstract

A thicket of branches near Mount Baker, Washington

Back to the northwest...

I'm giving Mexico pictures a rest for a little while. This past weekend I went on our traditional yearly Mount Baker cabin retreat in northern Washington State. It was very relaxing.

Here's another exemplar of what is fast becoming a signature image for me: the branches abstract. See also Snow Branches Abstract and Snowy Abstract. Also somewhat related is East Aurora Aura. These images tend to look better at larger sizes; maybe I'll do a show of nature abstracts!

Shot of the day is on A Walk Through Durham Township
