Skidding
The snow has had a big effect on Seattle, not least because nobody out here seems to know how to drive in icy conditions. This is a little peculiar, since there are some serious mountain passes and ski resorts less than an hour outside the city.
At any rate, here's an abstract from the side of the road near my house.
