A nice day for sailing

Another shot from my ride on the Bainbridge Island ferry. Here, I wasn't happy with the assortment of colors in the original shot, so I picked one of the dominant blues and toned the entire image using it. Hope you like it.

The blue post-processing really works. I like how distinct and painting-like the rows of mountains are. Makes me think I need to jump on the Bainbridge ferry just for a photo op.

Amazing. I found it on vxfy. It looks more like a print than a photo. I wonder what the original colors were like? (hazy I suspect)

Indeed, the post-processing choice here lends a painterly quality to the image that is very appealing - great range of depth in the background balanced by the water surface texture and accented by slashes of sail.

Well done! Love the tones and the subject.
