Street vendors in Rome, Italy

Joshing

It was hot the day I took this picture. And it was a Saturday. And we were close to St. Peter's. And there were crowds. Big crowds. We were looking for somewhere to have lunch but everywhere was full. It didn't help that we didn't speak Italian and the overworked restaurant workers had decided to forget any English they may have once had.

But these two were having a nice conversation while hoping that someone would buy their knock-off offerings.

Shot of the day is on Express Train.

I would like to know what street this picture was taken. I was in Rome on a street with many street vendors but can't remember the name of it.

You have to watch out for those guys. Themselves, they're all right(though I wouldn't buy the stuff, after it's been on those streets). But when the the cops come to chase them off, look out- they run, and they run fast. If you don't get out of the way quick, you can get knocked over. Be aware if they're around, and if you see them start to pack their stuff or you hear a lot of pounding feet, get to the side of the road!
