A defaced land-use poster, Seattle

Disapproved, I suppose.

The weather suddenly turned nice in Seattle this past weekend, and has been pleasant ever since, so the whole city is scurrying out to bask in the sun while it lasts.

To celebrate our liberation from sogginess, I went for a walk with my wife on Sunday and took my camera along with my macro lens mounted. As a break from the endless Harbor Island shots, here is a fragment of a public-notice land-use poster that we came across in Capitol Hill that had been "tagged".

I like that its partially abstract and partially clearly detailed. Makes it much more interested than if it was either style alone.
