Fog blanketing a ridgeline near Mount Baker, Washington

Endless weather

No end in sight for the wet weather in the Pacific Northwest, and I haven't taken any interesting pictures (or, indeed, picked up my camera!) in a while, so I'm digging around in my archives.

On the theme of "weather", here is a shot I took near Mount Baker several months ago, if I'm remembering correctly. I keep meaning to head up into the mountains with just a camera (as opposed to taking a few snaps while, say, snowboarding), but haven't yet. So much to do, so little time.

I took this with the longest lens I had available at the time (a 28-135mm zoom) racked all the way out, but still had to crop it significantly, which is a shame, since it might look good printed really big.
