Traffic markers, unused, at Seattle Center

Why bother?

Like the previous shot, this was taken with a long lens. You can tell by the restricted angle of view and the compressed perspective.

In the winter, the Seattle Center's little fun-ride area is a pretty quiet place. It was cold and grey on the day I was there, and there weren't too many people around. These traffic markers were just lying around in the middle of things, but there wasn't really anyone around to get bothered by this.
