Cliffs near the Icefields Parkway, in Jasper / Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada

Caffe Vita show piece #2

This is the sister image to yesterday's posting. These cliffs were off to the side of the Icefields Parkway; I pulled over to shoot a few frames of them.

One of the striking things about driving the Parkway was that we saw hardly any other cars during the entire trip. When we pulled over and got out of the car, we would have the sense of being all alone in the windswept wilderness, with snow blowing all around us. It was terrific!

Great shot! Looks like a fridged scene. I've always wanted to go to Banff. Maybe next year.

Hope to meet you at the Seattle meetup.

Wow. Beautiful. Very barren and spacious.
