One last image from our Vancouver Island trip

I'll move on to another topic after this image. This is a view of Friday Harbor that I shot from the deck of the ferry we took from Anacortes to Sydney, on Vancouver Island. The ferry makes a couple stops in the San Juan islands, and one of them is at Friday Harbor.

The thing that struck me about this scene in person, that I tried to capture here, was the striking contrast in scale between the lonely, propped-up bicycle and the looming Aimee O right behind it.
