Recalling the baseball season...

Well everyone's all worked up about the baseball playoffs, so I thought I would post some images from the past season. This, obviously, is of a cotton candy vendor working the stands. I know the selective-color-desaturation technique is pretty cheesy and played to death these days, but I couldn't find a better way to draw attention to the vendor.

The thing that struck me about him at the time was that he was swimming upstream, as it were: everyone in the sprawling crowd was paying attention to the game, but he had his back to the action. This is what I'm trying to get at by calling him out like this.
